 You will then receive the content for week 1 and your personal training and diet plan within 48 hours of signing up.
 On each following week for the duration of the 8-week program, we unlock the content, videos and recipes for the week ahead to keep you on track.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the difference between the weekly coaching and the 8 week program?
Every effort has been made to make the 8 week program as personal as possible, however when being coached by Steve you will meet online every week via a video conferencing tool as well as get weekly training plan's and diets that you develop with Steve together. It's a truly personal experience.
How do I join the Steve Collins program?
Choose your preferred package and sign up via the 'join now' or 'sign up' link on any day of the week and receive immediate access to the program. You will then receive the content for week 1 and on each following week for the duration of the 8 week program, we unlock the content, videos and recipes for the week ahead to keep you steadily on track.
Can I do the program if I'm vegetarian/vegan/paleo?
Yes you can. I will teach you basic nutritional frameworks so that you have all the tools and knowledge to create your own diet that fits into your lifestyle, food preferences and digestive system. The recipes provided are simple meal ideas and offer vegan & vegetarian swaps for each of the main meal options.
How much support will I get on the program?
Depending on the package you sign up for you will have direct access to Steve where you can discuss any questions or troubleshooting. You will also be part of an exclusive, members only Facebook group, where you can chat to other people going through the program with you, as well as to Steve, so you feel supported
Can I share a membership?
The Steve Collins program is designed for you only - each membership gives you your personal account and access to a private facebook group, where you can interact with all the other members of the Steve Collins program around the world.
I don't cook my own meals, can I still follow the program?
The Steve Collins program doesn't come with daily recipes or specific meal plans (although there are plenty of meal guides and ideas) because you will be taught how to design your own. There will be sample diets released throughout the 8 weeks, which you can choose to follow. The recipes will give you an idea of how you can apply the nutritional frameworks we talk about in the program. The recipes are a simple and realistic approach how anyone can achieve body recomposition goals and change their relationship with food long term.
Can I do the program if I travel often?
Absolutely! In this program you will learn how to build an anti-fragil nutrition system, meaning you will have contingency plans for birthdays, holidays, social events and crazy work hours. We will develop a body that can handle plenty of calories and a body that doesn't have to train hours per day.
Will I lose weight?
If you follow the program and what I teach, you will lose weight and keep it off. I believe if you want to succeed with your fitness and health long term, we need to think many layers deep. We need to consider: > Control energy balance > Compliance over time > How you will respond to the plan psychologically and socially > Micronutrient intake > Health of your digestive system If you can follow the program as outlined you will reduce body fat and increase muscle mass rather rapidly.
Can I do the program if I'm pregnant?
It is recommended that you seek permission and guidance from your care practitioner before starting any new diet or exercise regime, including the Steve Collins program.
After the 8 weeks up - do I lose access to all the content?
Absolutely not. You can keep it for life. My goal is that you can keep referring back to it at all times and do it as often as you need.
Do I need a gym membership to follow the training plan?
While it's not mandatory to have a gym membership to follow the program it does help. The exercise tutorials and workshops are based around strength training with your body weight and with weights. So it’s not absolutely vital. Lot’s of people complete the program without gym memberships.
I also cook for my partner/other members of my family
The program is simple enough to follow that you won't find it hard to incorporate into your family meal time.
